Mixing Instructions: Using scoop provided, mix 1 level scoop of injection (1/4 cup) with 2 cups of water and stir well. Makes enough for 10 lb of meat. Use a kitchen injector to inject throughout the white or dark meat. Be sure to get it all the way to the bone. While injecting, move the needle around the meat. After mixing refrigerate until used. Discard any unused injection that has been in contact with raw meat.
Ingredients: sodium phosphate, butter buds, black pepper, chicken base, onion, garlic, sugar, chipotle and salt.
