Mixing Instructions:  Using scoop provided, mix 3 level scoops of our original Brisket injection  (3/4 cup) and one scoop of Prime Dust (1/4 cup) with 2 cups of water and stir well.  Mix thoroughly to remove any lumps. 

(ORIGINAL BRISKET INJECTION SOLD SEPARATELY, this is just the PRIME DUST)

Inject throughout the whole brisket by using a grid pattern. For best results let set at minimum of 4 hours before cooking.  After mixing refrigerate until used.  Discard any unused injection that has been in contact with raw meat.

Ingredients:  beefstock, favor and salt
