This Garlic & Pepper Jerkey Seasoning will season up to 10 lbs of meat! Made in the USA with all natural ingredients (NO MSG or preservatives) and specialty curing salts.
Great for making your own jerky, sausage, or to season any cut of meat. Great on french fries too!

Use 1 tablespoon of seasoning for every one pound of meat. Mix 1 tablespoon seasoning with 1 tablespoon of water (optional). For best flavor in whole muscle jerkey, let meat marinate in the seasoning overnight in the refrigerator. For ground beef jerkey, mix and use immediately.
