Mixing Instructions:  Using scoop provided, mix 3 level scoops of injection (3/4 cup) with 2 cups of water and stir well.  Makes enough for two 12 lb briskets.   Inject throughout the whole brisket by using a grid pattern.  Try to get the injection into the center of the meat.  For best results let set a minimum of 4 hours before cooking, but more is fine.  After mixing refrigerate until used.  Discard any unused injection that has been in contact with raw meat.

 

Ingredients:  hydrolyzed vegetable protein (hydrolyzed soy and corn protein and salt, with partially hydrogenated vegetable oil [cottonseed, soybean] added), beef, beef stock, monosodium glutamate, sodium phosphate and xanthan gum.
